Our customer had a fire in the exhaust ductwork for their commercial fryer (you’ll notice the blackened uppermost piece of duct). Grease had gotten trapped in their previous poorly-designed exhaust system and caught fire. They challenged EverGreen to come up with a design that would keep their business functioning safely. In addition to coming up with a design that doesn’t allow any grease to pool, every piece of duct in this photo is fully welded, ensuring that fire will not escape from the ductwork.
