Founded in 1986, by Donald Green, EverGreen Sheet Metal, Inc. is a family-owned, Union Sheet Metal Shop located in the heart of New Bedford’s waterfront.
Donald was thrilled when his son, Charlie, joined the business full-time after graduating from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. Charlie started working at EverGreen when he was just a teenager and spent many-a-summer sweeping the floors. After teaching Charlie the bulk of what he knows about business and the sheet metal industry, (let’s be honest - there’s really no end to what Donald could pass along…) Donald happily retired in 2019 and Charlie took the reins at EverGreen.
A nearly 40-year tradition of having a keen eye for detail, employing the most highly trained sheet metal workers and using cutting-edge technology results in products and services that are unmatched.

EverGreen uses state of the art technology like this Water Jet System which generates 55,000 PSI to make a clean cut through almost any surface. (The average garden hose is about 40 PSI.) Below, see the stages of fabricating a custom granite table.
